Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (mashed)*Canola Oil, .33 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat, .25 cup Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup eggs 3vanilla 1 tsp granulated sugar .75 cup *Zuchini Squash 1 cup(124 g) includes skin, 1 cup (shredded)*PC - Unbleached All Purpose White Flour, 1.25 cup *Baking Powder, 1 tsp * Salt, 0.5 tsp *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup chocolate chips .3 cup (optional)
pre-heat oven to 350 F
mash the bananas and add oil and sour cream add
one small zuchini (about 1 cup) shredded with grater and add 1 tsp vanilla
In another bowl combine flours, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Combine the dry & wet and pour into a greased loaf pan
Bake about 1 hour until tooth pick inserted in middle comes out clean
Serving Size: makes 16 thin slices
