Gluten Free Corn Muffins

Ingredients
1 c oat flour1c cornmeal1/4 c flax meal3 t baking powder1 t baking soda1/2 t salt1 tsp xantham gum1/4 c clarified butter1/2 c sugar free applesauce1 t agave nectar3/4 c buttermilk1 large egg
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix dry ingriedients together in large bowl. Melt butter add applesauce, agave nectar, buttermilk, mix, add egg, mix. Spray muffin pan with nonstick spray. Fill pans, bake 8-10 minutes.
