Garbanzo Bean Bread

Ingredients
1.5 cups of Bob Mills Garbanzo Bean flour, with 1 cup Sweet sorghum flour, two eggs, 1 cup milk (more if necessary), .5 cup ground flaxseed, 5 large eggwhites. Mix together dry ingrediants then blend in milk and eggs, add water if necessary. This one came out a little dry so next time I will be adding in some apple cider vinegar (2 tbsps), and 2 of natural organic brown sugar.

Serving Size: Makes thirteen small peices in a normal size loaf pan
