Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
1lb ground turkey 1 cup italian Style breadcrumbs 1 small onion, diced2 large Eggs 1/2 cup parmesan cheese1/4 cup water - this can be more or less depending on how moist the mixture is
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Dice onion
3. In a large bowl mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, parmesan and water
4. When thoroughly mixed form meatballs and bake for 30 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 16 1 ounce meatballs
