Pillsbury Premade Pizza Crust2 TBSP Classico's Traditional Basil Pesto Sauce & Spread1/2 cup Emeril's Homestyle Marinara 1 Cooked Chicken Breast, chopped or shredded 1/4 cup Mushrooms, finely chopped1/4 cup Onions, finely chopped1/4 cup Spinach, finely chopped1/4 cup Basil, finely chopped1 clove Minced Garlic1 cup Mozzerella Cheese1/8 cup Parmesan Cheese1/8 cup Goat Cheese
Preheat oven at 425F. Roll out your pizza dough onto pan or pizza stone. Shape as desired and/or press to desired thickness. If you choose to reshape the pre-made dough, this may take some patience, tossing, and a rolling pin. Spread Basil Pesto evenly over crust. Spread Maranara over pesto. Evenly distribute chicken over the pizza. In a small bowl, combine mushrooms, onions, spinach, basil, and garlic, then evenly spread the mixture over the pizza. Sprinkle Parmasan cheese over the vegetables, then add your mozzarella. Next, finely crumble goat cheese over the top. Bake for 20 minutes. Slice and serve hot. Enjoy!
