Honey Beer Bread

Ingredients
3 Cups flour2 Tbsp Sugar1 Tbsp Baking Powder1 tsp. Salt2 Tbsp Honey1 bottle light beer4 Tbsp butter (double if desired)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients with a wooden spoon

Stir in beer and honey into dry ingredients. Pour half of the melted butter into greased loaf pan and the other half on top of the dough once it is in the pan.

Bake for 50-60 minutes until top is golden brown.

Serving Size: Makes One Loaf that will cut into 12-15 slices
