Katie's Pork Chili

Ingredients
1.2 lbs ground pork1 can of Goya Dark Kidney Beans1 can of Goya Black Beans1 can of Goya Pink Kidney Beans2 tbs minced garlic1 can of sweet yellow corn1 large can of diced tomatoes1 small can of tomato paste3 tbs chili powder4 tbs cumin2 tbs salt1 tbs black ground pepper1 tbs crushed red pepper1/2 tbs cinnamon 4 tbs Reduced fat sour cream (Breakstones)1/4 cup of Sargento reduced fat mexican shredded cheese
Directions
Put crock pot to HIGH...brown ground pork in skillet, add minced garlic and corn in skillet and stir for 5 minutes. Turn off and let rest
Put tomato paste, diced tomatoes, all beans in crock pot set to HIGH...stir in pork, corn and garlic...then add the cumin, pepper, chili powder, salt, crushed red pepper and cinnamon....stir and let sit on HIGH for 2-3 hours. Ready to serve with sour cream and Reduced fat shredded cheese,,,yum!
