Blueberry-avocado Scone

Ingredients
1 box (14 oz) King Arthur's Flour blueberry sour cream scone mix3.5 oz fresh avocado (about a half cup)1/4 cup egg whites1/4 cup water1/2 cup blueberries
Directions
Mix all ingredients - will be like dough (not runny). Spread into greased pie pan and bake for 20-30 minutes at 350.
