Whole Wheat Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup wheat pancake mix1/4 cup liquid eggs(like egg beaters)1 cup 1% milk(you can use skim)1 tbsp. oil1/4 cup natural unsweetened applesauce1 tsp cinnamon2 packets splenda
Directions
Heat griidle to 375
Combine all ingredients with a whisk(do not over mix)
let stand 1-2 min. to let batter thicken
pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter for each pancake
flip when pancakes bubble and bottoms are brown.
makes about 12- 4 inch pancakes
3 pancakes per serving
