Garlic Parmesan Veggie & Pasta Salad

1/2 box Barilla Plus Rotini pasta1 cup chopped Broccoli1 cup grated Zucchini1/2 cup chopped Carrots, raw1 tbsp dried Basil1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese1/4 cup Annie's Naturals Consorzio Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cook 1/2 the box of pasta on the stove as directed.
Place grated zucchini and chopped broccoli into a Ziploc Steamer Bag and cook as directed.
Mix cooked broccoli & zucchini, chopped carrots, basil, and garlic in a medium bowl.
When the pasta is done, drain it and toss in with vegetables. (Do not rinse pasta)
Toss olive oil and Parmesan cheese with the mixture and refrigerate.
You can add chicken to the salad if you desire.
Serving Size: 8
