Dairy Free Whole Wheat Pancakes

1 Cup White Flour1Cup Whole Wheat Flour1 tsp baking powder.5 tsp baking soda.5tsp salt1 large egg3 tbs Earth Balance Vegan Butter or other butter2 cups Vanilla Soy milk or other milk2 tsp oil for cooking
Melt 3 tbs butter.
In a large bowl mix white flour, wheat flour baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In a seperate bowl mix melted butter, egg and milk.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
Heat oil in a non-stick skillet until shimmering over medium low heat.
Measure batter with a small ice cream scoop or 1.5tbs measuring spoon and add to hot skillet.
When batter begins to form bubbles, about 3-5 minutes, flip and contiue to cook 1-2 more minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 22 2 inch pancakes (approx 1.5 tbs each)
