Turkey Enchilada Rice

1 Can La Victoria Enchilada Sauce: Green1 Can Black Beans (Washed)1 Package Lipton Spanish Rice1 Pound Jennie O Turkey 1/4 cup Water
This dish makes approximately six cups.
Brown the turkey in a large skillet, once brown then add the green enchilada sauce and put on simmer. Wash the black beans and then add them. Pour in the entire contents of the Spanish Rice and use 1/4 cup of water to get rice tender.
Simmer for about 10 minutes and serve.
Works well with tortilla chips or soft shells.
