Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Cucumber (peeled), 1 medium Sweet peppers (bell), 1 small Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp Salt, 1 dash Feta Cheese, 50 grams
Directions
Dice the tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers and sprinkle with the salt, vinegar and oil. Mix well. Add the shredded or crumbled feta cheese.
