Korean Spam Egg Roll

Ingredients:Egg, fresh, 5 large(remove)Hormel SPAM Lite, 16 oz(remove)Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped(remove)Water, tap, 3 fl oz(remove)Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp(remove)*Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, .5 tbsp(remove)
mix well eggs, with water, sesame oil, soy sauce, scallions chopped fine,
Slice spam very thin (you can use vienna sausage, ham, or hotdogs any type of meat just make sure its sliced thin)
Add one table spoon of sesame oil to hot pan pour enough to cover the pan but make it thin not thick as it cooks on the bottom use spatual to shape sides into a square then add 2 squares long to egg then start folding egg onto itself, adding spam. Add more egg on the end continue to shape and add spam and more egg until finish. Remove from pan and cut into sushi type size and enjoy. You can eat cold or hot with rice.
