1 pkg Ground chicken or turkey1 T olive oilPressed garlic1 bell pepper1 oninion2 t red pepper flakes2-3 zucchini1 can canned chopped tomatoes1 can (6oz) paste1 package spaghetti seasing
Brown the meat with pepper, onion, garlic, red pepper, salt and pepper to taste, add tomatoes, paste, 8 oz water, and season package, simmer for 10-30 minutes. Add the zucchini when you put the pasta in boiling water (don't you hate mushy zucchini?) - that's it. enjoy.
