Leftover Turkey Casserole #1

Ingredients
3 cups fresh Broccoli, chopped1.5 cups fresh carrots, chopped2 cups brown rice, precooked1 lb. turkey breast meat, cooked, chopped1 jar low fat turkey gravy.5 cup almonds, toasted1 tbsp garlic powderSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
-Blanche carrots & broccoli in boiling water for 3 min.
-In med-large casserole dish, combine all remaining ingredients except for almonds.
-Bake at 375 for 30 min.
-Add almonds to top of casserole.
-Bake additional 15 min.
