2 cups all purpose flourhalf tablespoon baking powderhalf teaspoon salt2 tablespoons sugar2 tablespoons stevia3 tbls butter3 tbls unsweetened applesauce1.5 cups blueberries1 tbls half and half half cup milk mixed with half tbls vinegar to make buttermilkhalf cup whole milk ricotta
mix dry ingredients. cut in cold butter and applesauce mix. mix ricotta with milk and half and half. and mix in blueberries to flour butter mix. pour in milk and ricotta and form ball. flatten on to floured surface and cut into 8 triangles. bake at 425 for 15 minutes. let cool 5 minutes.
