Owen's Pork Chili Verde

Ingredients
Lean pork roast or loin, fresh jalepeno, i jar or 2 small cans of salsa verde,canned green chilis, can of corn, bell pepper, onion, salt and pepper
Directions
cut pork into 1/2 in cubes and dice the onion and peppers and jalapeno. Season the pork w salt and pepper then sear the pork (in olive oil)just so it's brown on the outside. remove from pan. Deglaze the pan with the chicken broth so as to save all the pork flavor and yummy bits. Put all ingredients into the crock pot including your broth from the pan. Cook on medium for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.

    I made a smaller version from boneless chops, frozen corn, red peppers instead of jalepenos and I'm too lazy (rushed in the morning) to sear the meat. Delicious! - 8/6/12
