1.5 cup coconut water, 1.5 tbsp spirulina powder, 1.5 tsp chlorella powder (broken cell wall), 0.75 cup frozen strawberries, chopped kale 1 cup, 1 whole cucumber, 2 tbsp hemp seeds, 1 tbsp chia seed
combine all ingredients in vitamix or blender and blend on high speed until smooth
