Taco Soup, Slow Cooker or Stove Top

Ingredients
1 LB Ground Beef, Lean 93% (turkey works great too!)Taco Seasoning (if using a packet about 1/4 of it or to taste)3/4 C Water1 Can Chili Beans, 50% Less Sodium1 Can Corn Niblets, no salt added1 Can Diced tomatoes in tomato juice
Directions
Cook beef or turkey, drain. Mix all ingredients in your slow cooker and simmer on low/med for 1 - 2 hours.

Stove top: Simmer on low/med heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
