1 medium apple (Gala)2 cup Spinach leaves, stems removed1 cup unsweetened almond milk (vanilla)Nutmeg, groundCinnamon
Core and dice your apple. Remove the stems from the spinach leaves. Add the apple, spinach, and almond milk to the blender. Sprinkle in some ground nutmeg and cinnamon. Blend until desired consistency.
