Carne Asada Tacos

1/2 cup white vinegar2 Tbsp chili powder2 Tbsp EVOO1 Tsp salt1 Tsp garlic powder2 lb Flank Steak
Whisk marinade ingredients together. Pour over flank steak and coat well. Marinate at least one hour or up to 24 hours.
Position rack in upper 1/3 of oven. Pre-heat broiler. Place steak on a rimmed baking sheet (discard the marinade). Broil 3-5 minutes per side (depending on your desired level of doneness). Remove from oven, cover and let rest for 5 minutes. Then slice against the grain. Serve wrapped in warm tortillas.
