one large cucumber peeled seeded quartered then grated on round 5mm hole and drained for 15 minutes or so - ( today it weighs 250g) it will loose about half draining.half of lemon peel grated (10g) n the Oneida 2mm round hole then follow with some cucumber to wash out the oil and bits, grated black peppera bout half a head on gated garlic - some olive hole will help this to mix in better and even better id the leftover head you grated a couple days ago and left in oil in fridge. use fridge stuff about half anf half mix (50g)you did this because grating garlic is smelly and stings - it is antiseptic so do a weeks worth at once and cover with oil in fridge. your drained yogurt - today I use the overnight drain which is more a spread than like thinner store Greek yogurt.
