(1) 15.5 oz can Light Red Kidney Beans(1) 15.5 oz can Dark Red Kidney Beans(1) 15.5 oz can Black Beans(1) 15.5 oz can Pinto Beans(2) 14.5 oz can Diced Tomatoes (no-salt)(1) 10 oz can Mild Rotel(1) 11 oz can Shoepeg Corn(1) packet Mild Taco Seasoning1.25 lbs ground White Turkey MeatOptional ingredients:WaterSour CreamShredded Cheese
Cook turkey in skillet over medium heat until brown. Drain excess fat and transfer to soup/stock pot. Drain and rinse black beans and add to pot. Add all other ingredients - do not drain and simmer for 5 minutes. Add water if you want a thinner soup. Serve with a small dallop of sour cream and shredded cheese.
