Unstuffed Bell Pepper casserole - stove top version

Ingredients
1 bag Success Brown Rice3/4 lb lean ground beef1 cup onion chopped2 cups bell pepper, diced20 - 22 oz spaghetti sauce1 10 oz can Rotel Original1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning1/2 tsp garlic powder/salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook rice and set aside. Brown beef, onion and bell pepper. Drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and Rotel. Add seasonings. Mix well. Add cooked rice and simmer 15 to 20 minutes to blend flavors.

Serving Size: Makes 4 to 6 servings

    Have not tried this yet but I don't think that the nutrition number are right! I have entered the recipe on WW and the points come out to 6 points for 6 servings! I can't imagine there being 1693.9 calories for this recipe! - 3/26/14

    It would not allow me to put in the proper number of servings and would not edit. Obviously with 3/4 lb ground beef and 2 cups of rice, it is more than one serving. It actually about 4.
