Nadal's Adobo Home fries

Ingredients
3 medium size red potatoes chopped1/3 cup chopped onion2 Tbl oil2; 1/4 tsp Adobo
Directions
Heat 2 Tbl in large skillet on Med-High. Place chopped red potatoes in and cover for 5 min. Then stir and stir in 1/3 cup onions in skillet. Cover for 5 min stirring occasionally.

Turn temp. to low, stirr, and simmer for 5 min.
