Rose's Vegetarian Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 9 oz can pureed tomatoes1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes(no salt added)1 cup chopped onions1 medium turnip(peeled and cubed)4 small red potatoes(cubed)1 medium sweet potato(peeled and cubed)40 oz bag frozen mixed vegetables8 cups water1 tbsp ground cumin1 tsp oreganosalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large cooking pot. Cook for about 1 hour or until potatoes and turnips are tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Makes 8 2 cup servings
