chicken stripes

Ingredients
use three large bowls. put whisked eggs in one, panko in one , flour in one, cut your 4 chicken breast in to 16 stripes, add to flour, then to eggs then in panko, set aside on baking pan and put in the fridge for about 30 minute to set.4 chicken breast,2 large eggs2 cups whole wheat flour1 package Private Selection Panko bread crumbs W/ Parmesan herb 3 tsp Kirkland EVOO
Directions
coat grill well with 3 tsp of EVOO cook chicken stripes for 10 minutes on each side or untill no longer pink and golden brown on both sides.remove from grill , i use a stove top flat grill and let stand for 5 minutes to let juices return to chicken.
