1.5 # Ground 93/7 beef.5 # Johnsonville Hot Italian Sausage1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs2 eggs1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce1 small onion, diced1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
Mix all ingredients thoroughly
Line 9X13" lasagna pan with foil and place meat mixture inside and shape into a large loaf.
Bake (uncovered) at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until internal temp reaches 160 degrees F.
