Low-Carb Raspberry "Mousse"

Ingredients
Raspberries, Whipping Cream, Stevia, Vanilla
Directions
Pour the whipping cream over the raspberries, then mash the berries with a spoon to get all the juicy goodness out. Push mixture through a strainer to remove the pulp and seeds (keep them for later). Add stevia and vanilla, whip (about 5 minutes). Chill for an hour before serving. Top with seed mash for a bit of texture, a few whole raspberries, and toasted almonds or pecans
