1/3 sushi rice, cooked2 tsp seasoned rice vinegarnori sheetimitation crab stick1 egg white1/2 tbsp flourslices avocado (about 1/4 fruit)
Prepare rice mixture by adding rice vinegar to cooked rice (best added when rice is still warm). Spread mix over 2/3 of the nori sheet (it may look scant, but you won't be missing anything). Coat crab stick in egg and flour, fry until golden. Roll in prepared sushi sheet along with avocado and cut into 6 pieces.
