2.5 lb. chicken tenderloins.75 c. low sodium soy sauce.75 c. sugar2 cloves garlic, minced1 T. ground ginger
Mix sauce of soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic and ground ginger. Marinate the chicken tenders in the sauce for 3 hours. Remove chicken to baking pan, discard marinade. Bake in 350 oven for 30-45 minutes.
