Snow Pea Seasame Chicken Salad

* 3 Chicken Breast halves * Barbecue Sauce, .25 cup * Sesame seeds .5 oz * Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup * Raisins, .25 cup (not packed) * Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup * Snow Peas, fresh, 4 cups * Onions, raw, 1 small * Lime Juice, 1 fl oz
Saute chicken with onion in 1tsp of oil. Remove from heat when cooked and mix with barbecue sauce and seasame seeds.
Flash cook the snowpeas in hot pan (same as used for chicken) with a little bit of water. When slight charred and 'popping', remove from heat into salad bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Drizzle with remaining oil and lime juice. Toss and serve.
Serving size about 1.5 cups.
