Ingredients
1 1/2 tsp mayonnaise3/4 tsp low fat sour cream3/4 tsp lemon juice1 1/2 chopped fresh dill1/2 tsp sweet pickle relish2 hard boiled eggs, finely choppedsalt & pepper1 roma tomatoe,thinly sliced1 thin slices red onion1/4 cup chopped romaine lettuce2 whole wheat bread
Directions
W;hisk together the mayonnaise,sour cream,lemon juice,dill and relish. In a large bowl

Add the eggs and fold gently to combine.season to taste.
Spread the egg salad on half of the bread. Top with tomatoes,onion,lettuce,and remaining slices of bread.
