Ingredients
Directions
1/2 cabbage1/2 head, green leaf lettuce1 cup match-stick carrots2 cups shredded chicken (one cooked chicken, boned)5 green onions1/2 cup sliced almonds1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1. Buy a fully-cooked chicken from the store, and bone it.
2. You can buy shredded coleslaw mix, but I don't like the preservatives, so I shred 1/2 a cabbage and 1/2 a head of my favorite lettuce, and toss in a package of organic match-stick carrots.
3. With scissors, snip 5 or 6 green onions into pieces.
4. Add nuts. (It's optional to add dressing before serving.)
5. Toss and serve!
Serving Size: Makes 6 - 8 one-cup servings
