Baked Yams

Ingredients
2 large yams baked1/2 c unsweetened applesauce1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
wrap yams in foil and bake at 350 for about an hour, until done and soft. Let cool. Scoop out inside into a bowl, stir in applesauce and cinnamon.
