Chicken Ranch Pita Rollup

Ingredients
1 Large Pita (6 1/2" diameter)1 cup chopped romaine lettuce1 cup baby spinach1/4 cup chopped tomato5 slices cucumber1 tbsp red onion2 tbsp chopped celery3 oz cooked chicken - warm1/8 cup shredded low fat cheddar1 tbsp Hidden Valley Light Ranch
Directions
1. Separate sides of the Pita half way and pull back the top half to create a pocket.

2. Put all veggies, chicken, and cheese into the pocket, pour ranch over the top.

3. Create a roll, almost like a burrito, by tucking the top 1/2 of the pita under the veggies and pushing them to the back of the pocket tightly, then roll up over the bottom 1/2 of the pita.

4. Cut pita roll in half, enjoy!
