Potatoes Red Med., 6 serving (remove)Sour Cream ( Publix fat free), 4 oz (remove)Kerrygold Irish Butter, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
makes 6 servings
peel med.size red potatoes and dice
boil till tender
drain and add sour cream, and irish herb butter
mash till smooth.

    Best mashed potatoes I have ever had. I did have to add about 1/4 cup nonfat milk as it was a little dry. I found Kerrygold butter at Henry's Farmhouse Market. It is sold in 1/4 pound packages. Also, Trader Joe's carries Kerrygold products. Thanks for sharing this great recipe. - 2/18/08
