Rocky Road Fudge Bar

Ingredients
Bar:1/2 C Butter 1 SQ unsweetened chocolate1 cup sugar1 cup flour1/2 - 1 C chopped nuts- optional1tsp baking powder1tsp vanilla 2 eggsFilling: 6 oz Cream cheese ( use 8 oz package and reserve 2 oz)1/2 C sugar1 egg,1/4 C Soft Butter or margarine2T Flour1/2 tsp Vanilla1/c chopped nuts6 oz chocolate chips Frosting:3 cups powdered sugar1/4 C milk1/4 cup butter1 tsp baking powder2 oz cream cheese1 Sq unsweetened chocolate1tsp vanilla
Directions
Melt butter, chocolate,add remaining ingredients, mix well, put in 9X13 pan, which has been greased and floured.

Combine 6 oz cream cheese with next 5 ingredients, Beat 1 minute until smooth, add nuts spread over bar mixture. Sprinkle with chocolate chips
Bake 20-25 min
Sprinkle 2 cups mini marshmallows over bar and return to over for 2 minutes

Melt butter, chocolate, cream cheese and milk Stir in baking powder, powdered sugar and vanilla. Stir until smooth and immediately pour over marshmallows and swirl.
Cool, cut and store in refrigerator.
