Ingredients
- Tortilla wrap (soft)- Chopped chicken pieces- Spinach- Diced tomatoes - Shredded Mozzarella and/or Paremsan cheese - American cheese singles (optional)-Chicken seasoning- Chopped sausage patty (optional)
Directions
1. Get ingredients out. Make sure you have chopped sausage and chopped chicken pieces.

2. Use a frying pan and spray with cooking spray . Heat stove to 250-350 degrees.

3. Put 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes on hot frying pan. Stir and let it sit for 2 minutes.

4. Add the chopped chicken, sausage, and spinach with the diced tomatoes. Only do this step when most of the tomato juice has dissolved. Otherwise, your taco will be soggy.

5. Add chicken seasoning

6. Mix together. Stir and wait for 1 minute. Do this twice.

7. Taste to see if the chicken and sausage are cooked. At this point, tomato juice should be dried for the most part. If not, keep stirring and wait until it has.

8. If done, put the food mix in a bowl.

9. Slightly wet a plate. (That way, tortilla wrap doesn't crack)

10. Put one tortilla wrap on the plate. Put in microwave for 10 seconds.

11. Using a clean frying pan, spray pan with butter.

12. Put the food mix you heated earlier onto the center of the tortilla. Make sure you do not put too much, otherwise it will be too heavy to eat and holes will break out.

13. Sprinkle the shredded Mozzarella (and/or Parmesan) cheese on the outsides of the food mix. This will help seal your taco.

14. (OPTIONAL) If you are one of those people who love cheese, put one cheese single on TOP of the food mix.

15. Fold taco like a hotdog, but make sure you do not do it evenly. One side should be higher than the other. That way, you can seal your taco. Or, you can roll it in a oval-shape taco, either way fine.

16. When frying pan is hot, put the uneven side of the taco down first. Use a spatula to pat down the taco, especially the uneven crease, so you can close your taco. Do the same on the other side. Its normal for it to have dark brown or even black spots on the tortilla, just don't burn it to a point where you can't eat it.

17. When taco is sealed (or cooked to your liking), remove the frying pan. Turn off stove and ENJOY!

----BTW: It taste amazing with Marinara sauce!!1
