1lb. of Lean Ground Beef2 med. onions chopped (1 1/2 cups)carrots chopped (1 cup)Beef Broth (2 cups)1 8oz. can of stewed tomatoes (chopped or cut up)1 tsp. of Basil1/2 cup of barley (uncooked)5 cups of Water3 Tbs. of Ketchup1 Bay Leaf (1 tsp. bay leaf crumbled if want)1 Tbs. of Black Pepper
Brown Hamburger and Drain. Add all ingredients to crock-pot and let cook on high for about 4 hrs.
