Pizza Muffins

Ingredients
2 Cups Flour1 Cup Water1 Egg (large)1/2 - 3/4 Cup Cooked Pork Sausage20 slices of Pepperoni1 small can of mushrooms1/2 - 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese1/2 cup mozzarella cheeseOnion Powder, Garlic Powder, and Italian Seasoning2-3 Tbsp Olive OilStandard size cupcake pan (6 cakes).
Directions
Start by cooking sausage thoroughly. Cut pepperoni slices in quarters. Let all the meat sit on a paper towel to drain all excess grease from it before adding to the mixture.

In bowl, lightly beat the egg, olive oil and add water. Slowly add in flour, stirring constantly to make sure mixture combines completely. It will begin to get a sticky, dough like consistency. Add in grated parmesan cheese and mozzarella. Then add in meats and mushroom --- all the while thoroughly stirring together.

The spices are as you think --- I never measure my spices and just add as I go. Some may like more than others, so do what you prefer!!

After everything is combined, preheat oven to 350 and prepare your muffin pans. I sprayed mine with regular non-stick vegetable oil. Cook for roughly 12-15 minutes.
