GF, Dairy Free, Vegan Double chocolate Raspberry "Cream" Pie

Ingredients
Crumb Crust1 cup nuts (I used 1/3 each almonds, pecans and sunflower seeds)1/2 c. coconut1/2 tsp. vanilla5 datesFilling1 c. cashews1/4 c. coconut oil1/3 c. brown rice syrup1/2 c. water1/3 c. cacao powderFold In2-3 c. fresh Raspeberries
Directions
Put crumb crust ingredients in food processor until fine. Press into pie plate.

Blend filling ingredients until smooth and creamy. Fold in raspberries. Pour filling mixture into crust.

Refrigerate at least 1 hr. and serve.
