Spicy Beef Chili

Ingredients
1 lb lean beef1 cup chopped onion2 cloves garlic, chopped1 can Goya Pink Beans1 can no-salt added diced tomatoes1-1/2 cups no-salt added tomato juice1 tsp ground coriander1/2 tsp ground cumin1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1/8 tsp ground red pepper1/2 cup canned, no-salt added beef broth2 tsp cornstarch
Directions
Coat Dutch oven with cooking spray. Heat over med-hi heat until hot. Add beef, cook until browned - stir to crumble. Drain beef, wipe drippings from pan

coat pan with cooking spray. Add onion and garlic, saute until tender (5 min). Add meat, beans and next 8 ingredients, bring to a boil over med-hi. Cover, reduce heat, simmer 15 min stirring occasionally.

Combine beef broth and cornstarch stirring well. Add to beef mixture, bring to a boil stirring constantly. Cook until thickened (1 min)

Serve.
