Ingredients
9 cups of crab meat cut/shredded2 cups of chopped cilantro1 cup of chopped/diced onion4 cups of chopped/diced cucumber2 cups of chopped/diced tomatoes2 cups of fresh squeazed lime juice1 cup of chopped/diced jalapeno peperes
Directions
-shred the meat with hands or cube it with knive
-cut cilantro w/o tail medium leaves
-cut/chop/dice cucumber,onions,tomatoes,and jalapenos VERY TINY
-combine vegetables,crab meat, and lime juice together let it set in for 5 min
-1 CUP SERVING
-ENJOY
