Creamy Chicken Bacon Pasta Carbonara

Ingredients
Neufchatel Cheese, 4 oz Onions, raw, 1 small Happy Harvest mushroom (1 jar or 4 oz)Aldi Minced Garlic, 1 tsp Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbspMilk, 2%, .5 cup egg white, fresh, 1 large Butterball" Turkey Bacon 4 slicesAldi Chicken Tenderloin 8oz (pre-cooked)Barilla Farfalle (Bow Tie Pasta), 3 servings (3/4c dry each)
Directions
Chop onion into small pieces, drain mushrooms. Put into large saute pan. add 1/4c water. saute until onion is soft and water is evaporated. Meanwhile, in a microwave bowl, add milk, cream cheese, and parmesan cheese microwave 60 seconds or until the cheese is soft. add in egg white. Turn heat to low with pan that has the mushrooms and onion--add garlic here. add the sauce mixture. stir until creamy sauce forms. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. While sauce is thickening, and pasta is cooking, microwave your bacon until done (about 2-3 minutes). Drain pasta, add pasta to sauce mixture (or vice versa). Mix together. Top with chopped up chicken and crumbled bacon. serve warm.
