3 Cups of Breakfast Granola2 T Canola Oil2 t Cinnamon, ground1/4 C water
Grind granola in food processor. Put granola in mixing bowl. Add oil, water, and cinnamon and mix together. Press granola mixture into a 9 x 12 pan. Add tofu topping refer to tofu cheesecake filling recipe) and bake for 20 minutes or until outer edges of cheesecake start to brown.
