Chicken-Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
2 tbsp lemon juice1/4 cup whipped salad dressing, fat-free1 tbsp parsley flakes1/4 tsp salt3 cups precooked chicken cubed1 cup thinly sliced celery1/2 cup frozen green peas, thawed1/2 cup sliced can mushroom, drainedOptional paprika and pimento
Directions
Preparation time: 10 minutes( plus at least 2 hours chilling time)
Cooking time: none
Yield: 4
In a medium mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, salad dressing, parsley, and salt.
Add the chicken and celery. Mix well.
Gently fold in the peas and mushrooms.
Chill before serving.
Garnish with pimento or paprika (optional).
