Egg Salad

Ingredients
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped1 teaspoon Mr. Olive dill pickle relish1 teaspoon Vlasic (Splenda) sweet pickle relish3 tablespoons chopped celerythe top of one green onion (scallion), chopped1/2 teaspoon dijon mustardsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Place everything into a bowl and mix well. Can be served by itself on a plate, in a sandwich pocket, or on bread. Sometimes I like to add celery seed, garlic powder, onion powder, or Mrs. Dash to change it up some.

This recipe actually makes a little more than one serving. I usually use the remainder for my snack later in the day.
