Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap Ups

*1/2 chicken breast shredded (COOKED) about 1C*Knudsen Light Sour Cream, 1/2C*Dry Ranch Mix, 2.5 tsp "Butterball" Turkey Bacon (4 slices)*Egg Roll Wrappers, 8*1 Egg White*Shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese 1/2 C
Preheat oven to 375*. Mix together sour cream and ranch mix. While mixing, cook bacon in microwave (2-4 minutes). Stir in bacon and shredded cooked chicken. Mix all together well. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non stick spray. lay out the egg roll wrappers. put equal amounts of filling in each wrapper. fold in the ends, and roll up. brush each roll with egg white, and top with cheddar cheese (about 1 tbsp each). Bake 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is browning. Remove from oven let cool, eat while warm.
